Biographical Information Anne Gillespie Lewis is a writer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a member of the American Swedish Institute. She is a former newspaper reporter and has studied Scandinavian languages and culture in Minnesota, Norway and England. She partnered with the American Swedish Institute in the late 1990s to write the book "The American Swedish Institute--Turnblad's Castle.
