|Biographical Information||John Henning Johnson was a Swede born Johan Henning Johanson in Norrbärke socken, Dalarna, Sweden on May 23, 1861. He emigrated to the United States in 1883 and became a naturalized citizen of the U.S. in 1898. He settled in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He married his wife, Augusta Ulrika Hanson (born in Gustafs, Sweden in 1862) in Minneapolis in 1883 and they had a total of 7 children, of which 5 died before reaching 2 years of age. John died September 27, 1949 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.|
