Scope & Content This collection is comprised of correspondence, photographs, albums, stereoptic photograph cards, an autograph book, and various pamphlets and other keepsakes from both the personal life of Ernest Fagenstrom and relating to his work with the YMCA.
Biographical Information Ernest Fagenstrom was a Swedish immigrant from Umeå, Västerbotten län, Sweden. After his emigration to the United States he worked extensively with the Young Men's Christian Association in Springfield, Missouri and St. Paul, Minnesota in the 1910s.
